  Excellent staff members throught the practice, receptionists, nurses and all of the doctors. Love this practice. However the phone lines are ridiculous in the mornings and can be in the afternoon. I spend about 1 hour of my day trying to get through to the receptionists to get an appointment. By the time i get through theres no appointments left. Other than that its an excellent practice.

  Worst doctor surgery ever. They tell you that appointments can only be made ON the morning of the day you need, yet you'll never get through as the phone lines are always jammed. You'll be trying to get through to them for over an hour and by the time you finally get through there's no appointments left and then you have to go through the same thing the next morning!! If you're going to be difficult and ask people to waste their morning just trying to get through to you (let alone actually get an appointment out of it), at least have the courtesy to invest in a new phone system where you place people in a telephone queue so that they can actually get through to a person and not just listen to the "user busy" tone for over an hour. It's frustrating because it's the only doctor surgery near me so I can't even register elsewhere as it is out of the radius. You pretty much have to take the entire day off work just to get an appointment at this place because your best bet is to go and queue outside the doctor surgery! Even then majority of the times you'll be told there's at least an hour wait until the appointment given ! There's no winning with this surgery honestly. Please invest in a new appointment booking system because you make it hard for people to get appointments with their doctors, and most people will just end up neglecting their health and avoiding the doctors altogether because of this unnecessary stress/hassle!

  Disappointing everytime when I call . Never answer phone call on time even you are at 7:55 .. at place they don't want to do appotment travel clinic have no empty space till December nobody want really help you and found the time for us .. btw you got your salary cos of We different way you can work another place . More respect and batter organisation !
