- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very poor service, staff where unfriendly, and dont interact with the service users. Visitors where not signed in and out of building, while i visited a relative at charlemont house, the staff nurse didn't know who was a patient and who was a visitor. The care is a very poor standard, with staff staying in the staff room. Leaving service users to their own devices, we wasn't even shown around or introduced to the staff upon arrival with my relative.by chrissy strongSeptember 07, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪AVOID GOING HERE. The staff are as mentally ill and deranged, if not worse, than the patients that walk through. I had a very bad experience here, the doctors were overdosing me with medication I did not need and did not have any symptoms to be prescribed them in the first place. The doctors are vile, and walk around the hospital with too much power on their hands to make life changing decisions on you forcefully. They do not even listen to relatives. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Disgusted in the service at this hospital, my dad was admitted here due to mental illness and huntingtons and they do not know how to deal with it. They do not tell him when he needs to wash even though he HAS to be told. A picture his 5 year old son had drawn him was ripped off his wall by staff and lost; not even he knows where it is and was very upset from it. The staff do not seem to care or want to know what relatives have to say. They do not care for his personal care and he is being neglected in this hospital. I am bewildered and as a 17 year old girl seeing this happen in a place where people need help and caring for angers me, they need better staff!
